데이터 삭제 안내Data Deletion Instructions
㈜케이시네마(이하 ‘회사’)는 이용자가 본인의 개인정보 및 계정 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 권리를 보장합니다. 아래 방법으로 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 요청하거나 직접 처리하실 수 있습니다.
○ 본 안내는 2026년 6월 20일부터 시행됩니다.
1. 삭제 요청 방법
아래 정보를 담아 contact@k-cine.com 으로 요청해 주시면 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
- 가입 시 사용한 로그인 아이디 또는 소셜 계정(Google / Apple / Facebook)
- 이름 또는 닉네임
- 삭제 사유 (선택)
2. 앱 내 직접 탈퇴
로그인 상태에서 앱의 마이페이지 > 회원 탈퇴를 통해 직접 계정을 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 계정은 즉시 비활성화되며, 개인정보는 아래 처리 기간 내에 파기됩니다(법령상 보존 항목 제외).
3. 삭제 대상 데이터
- 계정 식별자: 로그인 아이디, 인증 식별자, 이메일, 휴대폰 번호
- 소셜 로그인 연동 정보: 소셜 제공자 식별자(탈퇴 시 연동 해제)
- 프로필: 이름, 닉네임, 성별, 생년월일, 거주지역, 선호 언어
- 커뮤니티 활동: 작성한 게시글·댓글·좋아요(비식별 처리 또는 삭제)
- 약관 동의 이력, 예매 기록, 알림 설정·구독
- 서비스 접속 로그
4. 법령에 따른 보존 항목
관계 법령에 따라 아래 항목은 명시된 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기됩니다.

5. 처리 기간
요청 확인 후 영업일 기준 3~7일 이내에 삭제를 처리하며, 완료 시 등록된 이메일로 안내드립니다.
6. 소셜 로그인 연결 해제
계정 삭제와 별개로, 소셜 플랫폼에서 K-Cinema 앱 연결을 직접 해제하실 수 있습니다.
- Facebook: 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트
- Google: 계정 → 타사 앱 및 서비스
- Apple: Apple ID → Apple로 로그인

K-Cinema Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) respects your right to request the deletion of your personal information and account data. You can request deletion or delete your account yourself using the methods below.
○ These instructions take effect on June 20, 2026.
1. How to Request Deletion
Please email contact@k-cine.com with the information below. We will process the request after verifying your identity.
- The login ID or social account (Google / Apple / Facebook) used at sign-up
- Your name or nickname
- The reason for deletion (optional)
2. Self-Service Account Deletion
While signed in, you can delete your account directly via My Page > Delete Account in the app. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is erased within the processing period below (except records we are legally required to retain).
3. Scope of Deletion
- Account identifiers: login ID, authentication identifier, email, mobile phone number
- Social login data: social provider identifier (link is revoked upon deletion)
- Profile: name, nickname, gender, date of birth, region of residence, preferred language
- Community activity: posts, comments, likes (anonymized or deleted)
- Consent history, booking records, notification settings/subscriptions
- Service access logs
4. Legally Required Retention
Under applicable Korean law, the following records are stored separately for the stated periods and then destroyed.

5. Processing Timeline
Deletion is completed within 3–7 business days after we verify your request, and we notify you by email upon completion.
6. Disconnecting Social Login
Separately from account deletion, you may revoke K-Cinema’s access from your social platform via the links below.
- Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites
- Google: Account → Third-party apps & services
- Apple: Apple ID → Sign in with Apple
